Poor Erik...yes. The dream apparently got to him, not to mention all the stresses he has been forced to endure during the day, and now he feels the need to be comforted. If only to be held. It is a natural and very powerful human instinct. But of course, Erik is a gentleman... he won't do anything. Of course he won't stay long... Just rest his eyes...

Now for those of you curious, the title basically means "I forget my sorrows". It's a line from a song that I particularly enjoy at times. As I was illustrating this, that song came on and I thought it was fitting.

I like that you stay true Gaston Leroux's version or Erik, but I feel like I'm more fond of your interpretation of him.

I really like the way you do dark scenes. It actually feels as if it is night, and you can still draw the characters clearly without them having to turn a light on,or something. Good job.
